I was sitting and thinking of fun things I could get my friends for Christmas. Unfortuneatly the list wasn't getting very long because I don't have a lot of money to spread around. So I thought I'd make a little list of great Christmas ideas for friends and family that cost very little or nothing. Here is what I came up with:

A signed picture of Drew Carey from the price is right. All you have to do is follow the steps on their FAQ and they'll send it for free! When I first thought of this I was thinking Bob Barker which would probably be way cooler, but you can ask for both, maybe you'll get lucky!

Disney does a similar thing, you can send a written request for an autograph of one of your favorite Disney characters for one of your little friends. Just skim through the FAQ section and follow the instructions.

Billy Graham's website gives out a freebie each month, this month it is a neat book that any mom would love. Just fill out the form and agree to get some email. It is a great tradeoff.

Ford is giving away 10 free itunes downloads if you pass their difficult driving test. It is part of some campaign that only 15-18 year olds can redeem but I would say it is worth the 30 minutes it'll take you to beat the test. Who wouldn't want a digital album?!

If you like family type board games you should check out Cranium. If you order right now you'll get a discounted price on a game along with free shipping and a second game FOR FREE. I know this one is buy one get one, but I love their games, so it is worth it.

Walmart gives away free samples all the time just go to their sample page and pick something cool out, last time I saw a Dove shampoo and conditioner set that Liz would pay $9 for.

This is probably my favorite one. If you eat hotpockets save your upc codes! If you collect 10 of them, follow the instructions on this site and you can get a free hotpockets teeshirt! That is exciting! At least go look at the shirt, it'll make you smile. The downside is you have to eat hotpockets for this one, I think if you can convince them that you've had diarey in the last couple weeks they'll count it as one upc code, it's about the same thing as eating a hotpocket, just without the burnt roof of your mouth and stomach ache.
