This is a new website I found that has random products that are pretty much hilarious. The more time I spend on the site the more I want to start buying their stuff. So that's why I'm blogging about it, so that I don't get the ol' credit card out and give the ol' wife a reason to give me the ol' beat-down.

Usually I'm not a fan of things that are done illegally, especially vandalism, because usually I'm the victim. With things like TP'ing and forking and things like that. But when I drove by this stop sign, I started laughing out loud, and Liz started laughing at the same time. We just turned to each other and said at the same time "did you see that?" So I drove back around and snapped a picture with my phone. Even though it is illegal...it's pretty funny. And I'm sure Chuck would not only laugh in an approving way but he would also answer with a humble "no".

cool flash site

I stumbled across this site, where you can use Chinese characters to create portraits of people. It is a pretty cool engine. And if you have no desire to create anything that's fine, you can just watch how other people did in fast-forward which is just as much fun. Some of the people are unbelievable at it. I swear one of them was of me! Just without the glasses, I'm going to go and watch and see if I can find it and take a screen shot of it...good luck.

Yet another good canidate for the upcoming election

If you go here you can find a bunch of junk to buy that is fake election paraphernalia for random Star Wars characters. I am not trying to post just nerdy stuff I swear, it's just coincidence. did you know I'm a geek?

I just learned that this new silly video game I've been waiting for is coming out soon. Now I'm trying to decide if I want to get it or not. I know it'd be fun, but it's one of those games that people will play non-stop and I will never be able to catch up to them, because I have a life. But we'll see it doesn't come out for a month or so.
Like I need another reason for people to call me a geek...

oh fashion, what will you think of next?

You all know that I love to keep my eye out for cool new trends that are really geeky and don't have a ton of practical use. So you can imagine how excited I was when I stumbled across these bad boys. They look like they are 100% for women at this point, but I would love a pair of Chucks that I could unzip on a hot summer day and show off my weird looking feet (I don't have exceptionally weird feet, just feet in general are weird looking). I'll keep a watch on these and let you know when they are order ready online.
I'm also going to give donating plasma a shot. After a bad weekend and getting left with an unusually large bill I'm trying to make a little money to compensate our budget for this month. Just so that I can still go out to eat, still grab Starbucks a couple days this week, and, OH YEAH not get in a huge money fight with Liz...wish me luck. I already helped some lady move with my friend Mike Monday night from 7:30-12 am for $50. I am apparently a "not-so-handy-man" for hire. Let me know if you need me to mow your lawn or something.

a quick update

We are about to launch our new online store, it'll be easier to use than before and when we kick it off, we're going to have a fun little contest in light of our "upcoming season". So keep checking back, and if you've been wanting new engedi stuff it'll be here soon! We are about to have a meeting to talk about all the crazy stuff we're planning to finish out the year strong, so maybe I'll even be able to give you a heads up on that stuff later today, cross your fingers.

Now trees are painting, what next creating oxygen?

Well everyday the interweb (that's the one with email) gets a little stranger, and today was no exception. I found a website that is featuring paintings done by trees. I know it sounds stupid, that's because it is stupid. But probably the best part is that if you read the text it explains why this guy is a certified genius because of this idea. I think it is cool, and funny, but mostly from a marketing standpoint.
"Where did you get that neat painting there?" your friends would say.
"Oh my weeping willow out front did that last fall" you'd reply.
I've got to find me a painting tree so I can sell her work, and make some bank off of it!

Clone Wars preview anyone?

Well if you are that desperate to watch it you big Star Wars geeks, here you go. This is almost four whole minutes of a battle scene from the new CG movie. At first I didn't think it'd be any good, but who was I fooling? It'll be a great movie. But not nearly as good as The Dark Knight...nothing could be.
