 Not only am I in my new office but this is my 100th post on my sweet blog! my new office
 Today was my first day in my new office, which Liz and Traci started putting together for me. It is a little empty right now, but it will fill up soon enough maybe tomorrow when I am not so busy. This little poster is one of the things that was in my office when I got in it and it made me smile. Once my office is at the peak of its existence I will throw a picture up here for you all to goggle at. PEACE Doug

 This is what I found that is supposed to be Dell's new xps ultra-grade performance computer. Doubtful it would ever happen, but fun to dream about. Kind of looks like that crappy tube boom box that came out a while ago...hopefully this is not the future of computers. It could make me get a mac...NAH!

I'm moved
I now have internet and everything setup so that I am able to start posting again. It has been stressful and weird to move, but it is over and I just started my first day in the office. Pray for me because I'm sharing an office with Traci until mine is finished, and she can't seem to get anything done because I keep asking things like "what do I do with empty pop cans?" and "when do we eat?" so she will probably be stressed out soon.

civilization is beginning to crumble
 Since I am in my final week of work here in Marshalltown I find myself having a little more "free time" in the office. And since I would feel horrible just sitting and doing nothing, I often find random tasks to do so that I am truly earning my last paycheck. Well during one of these times I decided to call 1-800-imbored to see if it would give me ideas because I'm starting to get carpal tunnel syndrome from all the filler I've been playing. But because of my new cool "smart phone" it took me 10 minutes to figure out how to dial im bored. My blackberry pearl has a full keyboard with the letters arranged just like that of a computer, so I had no way of discovering the true numbers to make my phone call.
I had to use the internet service on my phone to google a picture of an old school number pad, to figure it out. Soon all phones will be like this and nobody wants to call 1-800-462-6733! Poor shlubbs... PEACE Doug

Apparently this 11 year old scared away an attacker who punched and was verbally attacking his mom. He hit him the dude with his toy lightsaber, and the guy ran off...I'm sure there was some slight mind trick to make him think it was real.
