Future Shirt

Just when you were thinking that we forgot about the guys...BOOM! The Future Shirt.

Everyone I've asked so far has loved it (both David [who designed it] and my mother-in-law)

This American Apparel printed shirt is hotter than a Battlestar that accidentally FTL jumped into a star. You heard me...

We are only printing a limited number of these baddies, so move now or you'll miss your chance.

PEACE

Where were you guys?

OK...where were you guys?!

We took all the time to set up a seriously difficult but intensely exciting set of puzzles and codes to lead you to a special location. Throughout our site we hid numbers and clues that could be used to find http://www.engediapparel.com/youwin/

"Why?" You might ask. Simple, to give you free stuff. But nobody broke the code.

At least I got to have some really tasty cake...So I forgive you.

It's about time for some new stuff

sneak peek

We figured we should give you a sneak peek at the next Engedi shirt to come out (REALLY SOON). We are releasing this one along with a fun...shall we say...experiment? Yes, an experiment.

So observe wisely, and take EVERYTHING into consideration, and you will be rewarded with a fantastical surprise!

I feel like I've said too much, have fun friends.

Winner!

6.25.2009

Congratulations is in order for macyjeanne! She won our very first Twitter contest! If you see her on the street - tell her to get out of the street - but then give her a big ol' pat on the back. She's the winner of our shiny new Girl's Ark t shirt!

Hooray!

It Has Arrived!

girl's ark

The journey was long but the wait is over (unless you count shipping, then there might be more waiting). Our new shirt by popular demand is the Girl's Ark shirt!

I think my favorite part of this shirt is how it emphasizes my feminine curves (not that my wife will let me wear it in public), while still having a real neato design as if to say "Hey I like Noah...deal with it."

You might want to hurry and get this shirt while it's in stock, click here to head to the store!

We will be announcing the winner of our Twitter-contest very soon (like later tonight). So stay tuned, and check back soon.

PEACE

Sneak Peek

6.20.2009

Photobucket

We are releasing a new shirt this week. And we wanted to show it to you...but then we thought..."no because then they'll want to buy it but they can't yet" So instead we are showing you a teaser of it (see above).

You might have noticed two things:

1. I haven't posted in a while.
That's because I've been gone, and not near a computer that had the interweb. I still love you all...don't worry (although some of you I love way more than others...no offense)

2. I have glowing hands in the photo above.
That's because the shirts had just arrived from the future and were still a little "hot" from the journey. That's why we can't sell them for a few more days (we wouldn't want to have another "incident").

My Nintendo Childhood

6.16.2009

Small list of my top Nintendo games as a kid. Did your parents ever play these with you? And every time they hit the jump button, they jerked the controller way in the air? Mine too!

Super Mario Bros. (of course - my thumbs memorized how to play this game)

The Legend of Zelda (with a 'save option' that never worked - plus, am I the only guy that avoided the graveyard because I was too scared of it?)

Contra (Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, B, A, START)

Ducktales (Shut up! I was in 1st grade! And it was really hard!)

Halo 3 (Yep, I remember having to blow the dust out of my Halo 3 cartridge in order for it to work on my Nintendo... wait no - yeah, that sounds right)

Zombies tonight!!!

6.12.2009

Ahhh Xbox Live... what would I do without you? (Probably be more productive, have more friends, not have an irrational fear of insects, and not be sensitive to the sun) (Lame wad!)

The new map pack for CoD: WaW dropped two days ago (where was I??) Three new multiplayer maps, but what I'm after is the new zombie map: Shi No Numa (Numa Numa?). Killing Nazi Zombies is pretty addictive. Who would've thunk? (it's a word)

So that's what I'll be doing all night - getting yelled at by 12 year olds because I'm at "their windows." YOU CAN'T CALL MORE THAN ONE WINDOW 12 YEAR OLDS!!

Genuine Influence II

Top 3 comic books that made it so I still buy comic books well into adulthood.

1) My first ever comic book - X-Men #4, 1992. My mom bought it for me because the artist was South Korean - Jim Lee. Crazy that his current work still blows my mind 17 years later.

2) The Death of Superman series, 1992. My dad went out when every issue of this was released and got me a copy of the entire series leading up to Superman's death and the Funeral for a Friend series right after. He even got ahold of the special edition black bagged Superman #75 (comes with a poster, collectible card, newspaper clipping, stamps, and a black armband)! This was the first time I ever followed a series from beginning to end.

3) Wolverine #90, 1995. Adam Kubert! 4 page layouts! Bone claws! A claw through Sabertooth's brain! Yes!

Things that make me giggle

6.10.2009

Photobucket

I consider myself a pretty nerdy guy. So I actively search out things that I can add to my geek arsenal. I have, at times, thought that a realistic looking lightsaber would be a cool addition but always refrain because it wouldn't be worth it (too expensive, and too likely I'd end up in a picture like the one above). So here is a short list of things I think are neat-o and make me smile.

3. Comic Books
They're almost cliche but so fun to read, and the art is as unique as the stories and characters.

2. MMORPG's
There is something about putting yourself against millions of other people and being able to battle to see who is the best...its the competition and character options that draw me in.

1. 80's and 90's movies
What is "the Karate Kid" about? Easy it's about a boy who needs a father, and a man who needs a son. They find each other, that's it, the karate is commentary.
